2a REFUNDS
30 days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our merchandise.

In order to receive credit for these items, they must be in new/good conditions.

Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed.

A re-stocking fee of $40.00(v) may apply if merchandise has been unpacked.

Insurance:
Orders are not insured unless requested on the PO or in writing. The Customer is responsible to notify factory for insurance coverage. All orders become the Customer’s property upon factory’s delivery to the carrier, (i.e... US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex).
Customers must file a claim with the carrier for loss or damages.
